Aya Hirano’s Mouth Gets Her A Pocketful Of Death Threats From Her Own Fans!
Popular J-pop artists Hirano Aya, made an appearance on the Fuji TV program Gout Temps Nouveau where the young idol’s love life became a topic of discussion. Speaking of her experiences in past relationships, it was a big no-no to talk about so openly, and unsurprisingly, fans’ reactions weren’t positive.
Fans took their hatred towards her to 2ch, where they wrote abusive messages towards Hirano and, allegedly, even began planning her death. This comes after Aya Hirano’s biggest fans suspected she had never had a boyfriend and with Aya speaking of something like love for the first time it seems many of them could not cope with this blow and their mental stability took a turn for the worse.
In fact things have turned so ugly from the reaction that some have even began to plot an assassination on her! One such comment was
“I’m glad I didn’t record [the program]; I’m going to kill Hirano Aya.”
Even on her Wikipedia page, a string of characters reading “die” was written approximately 67,000 times (as of now, the article has been restored to its original form).
Hopefully things will calm down from here and Aya will get boosted security she needs because it seems some of the fans are pure whack jobs. And here’s some photos to prove it and thanks to aramatheydidn’t! for this great tip

wow. and i thought korean fans were crazier than japanese fans, but i’m totally wrong after reading this. i feel very bad for aya. why would they want to kill her just because she’s had relationships before? as if she isn’t human and can’t live a normal life like everyone else. hope nothing bad happens to her.

I do kind of understand the fans, not that I want hell killed, just imagine you are a fan and have spend years and money in supporting a lie, and out of the blue (she) reveals herself as the diametral oposte. I for once would be disappointed

Honestly, this is one thing I can’t tolerate about fandom, that being the insanely crazy fans. For me, I’d say a true fan is one who follows their idol and smiles upon their happiness. After all, shouldn’t Hirano be happy?
